The nursing staff at Peoples is the pulse of our organization, so we only hire the best! Our nurses provide health assessments, treatments and monitoring, patient and caregiver education and medication management.
Our psychiatric nurses specialize in helping patients suffering through mental and emotional issues like depression and anxiety.
Home Health Aide
The aide staff can be scheduled as needed to assist with bathing and grooming assistance.
Medical Social Workers
Our social workers are dedicated to providing psychosocial support to promote positive health and well being. Our medical social workers are here to help you deal with your diagnosis, poor health, illness or aging. They are a resource in helping you maximize your family, caregiver and community support systems and will provide you with long term plans and counseling.
We work with you to create an individualized physical therapy program to help you reach your maximum potential to function independently. Physical Therapists focus on improving mobility, balance, posture, strength, range of motion, and coordination. They create a specialized care plan based on impairments found during the evaluation.
Our occupational therapists work to improve your ability to perform daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, meal preparation, eating, and bowel/bladder management. They help with adaptive equipment and help facilitate referrals if custom equipment is required.
Speech therapists assist with problems involving speech, language, and swallowing. Communication problems can be present at birth or develop after an injury or illness. They focus on rehabilitating those patients suffering from physical and/or cognitive impairments.
Our caregivers and clinicians collaborate with each patient’s physician, specialists, and case workers to provide an individualized plan of care. We believe that this interdisciplinary team approach significantly enhances your ability to reach your healthcare goals.
